Angelos (Kaissidis-) Rodafinos began his studies in the School of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, at the National Technical University of Athens, because… he was a top student and excelled in mathematics. 
His love for sports made him change study path and, despite significant others’ expectations, he re-enrolled in Physical Education and Sport Sciences at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He then earned a scholarship for Postgraduate studies (MSc) in Sports Psychology and Teaching, in Ithaca College, New York, and another to pursue a Doctoral degree at the Department of Psychology, University of Wollongong, New South Wales (Australia).

Now, he shares what he has learned—from both his successes and failures—with you. 

Is change necessary? Can we change others – can we change ourselves? Why do people resist change? When do individuals and companies change? Dr Ro answers Hermagoras’ five Ws and conducts an awareness exercise (The wheel of life) before describing the How, i.e., simple steps for effective change in thinking and behaviour.
We are all born beautiful babies, adorned by parents and friends, with specifications and potential to become real princes. However, at some stage, approximately around 30 or 40 - for some later, for others even earlier - most of us, instead of “would-be princes,” we turn into “frogs,” as a result of the maladaptive thoughts and habits (poor nutrition, maladaptive thinking, bad company, etc.) that we adopt along the way… and so on and so forth.
